Prepare high-quality coffee and tea beverages with consistency.
Manage espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment with precision, including grinding beans and steaming milk.
Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling payments.
Maintain inventory of coffee supplies and consumables, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
Ensure the cleanliness of coffee machines and equipment. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as required.
Collaborate with the team for smooth operation and maintain a positive work environment.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Be adaptable to handle peak hours efficiently and take on additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in coffee service.
Proficient in coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism and friendliness.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality beverage preparation and cleanliness.
Ability to work well within a team environment to ensure efficient operations.
Capable of handling the physical demands of the role, including lifting supplies and cleaning.
