Tanggungjawab
1. Greet and seat customers.
2. Take and record customer orders.
3. Serve food and beverages to customers.
4. Provide recommendations and answer customer questions.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
6. Process billing and accept payment.
7. Clear and clean tables after customers leave.
8. Collaborate with kitchen and other staff.
9. Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
10. Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
