Job Description

The F&B Service Crew will report to the Cafe Manager and forms part of the F&B team who collectively deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We are looking for individuals who have a good knowledge of food & beverage, a team player and enjoys to wow guests with outstanding service and hospitality.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Attending to guests upon entrance to the cafe. Presenting menus, serving and helping customers select food/beverages. A team player and be able to effectively communicate with the Kitchen team to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude. Issue bills and accept payment. Clean all tables after guests have left and get such tables prepared for the next set of guests. Any ad-hoc task assigns by Cafe Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:



Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Able to work shifts, on weekends and Public Holiday

Willing to handle alcoholic beverages.


Position is only open to Malaysian Citizen. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
