We are a one-stop destination for a diverse menu featuring premium milk teas, refreshing fruit teas, creamy soft-serve ice cream, crispy fried chicken, and delicious snacks. Our goal is to provide a fast, friendly, and fantastic experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

The Role:

We are looking for dynamic, multi-talented, and hardworking All-Rounder Crew Members to join our high-energy team. In this role, you will be a jack-of-all-trades, mastering multiple stations to deliver the full Ai-cha experience. You will be responsible for preparing drinks, cooking food, serving customers, and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Operations:

Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service.

Operate the cash register and POS system accurately to process orders and payments.

Have a thorough knowledge of the entire menu to explain items and make recommendations.

Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

Manage the queue and maintain a smooth customer flow, especially during peak hours.

2. Drink & Dessert Station:

Expertly prepare a wide range of beverages, including signature milk teas, cheese foam drinks, and fresh fruit teas, following standardized recipes.

Cook and prepare toppings like pearls, pudding, and grass jelly to the perfect consistency.

Prepare and serve soft-serve ice cream, sundaes, and other frozen desserts.

3. Kitchen & Food Preparation Station:

Prepare and cook fried chicken, snacks (e.g., fries, popcorn chicken), and other hot food items according to strict safety and quality guidelines.

Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure all food is perfectly cooked and safe for consumption.

Manage food inventory, perform portion control, and minimize waste.

4. Hygiene & Store Maintenance:

Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene at all stations, including the drink prep area, kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.

Adhere to all F&B safety and sanitation regulations (based on JKM/KKM guidelines).

Perform daily cleaning duties, including washing utensils, wiping down surfaces, and taking out the trash.

Assist in stock receiving, storage, and inventory counts.

Who We Are Looking For:

SPM Leavers / School Graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive training will be provided.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage.

A team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.

Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.

Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifting schedules.

Physically able to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,333.12 per month
