Job Scope
Prepare and serve beverages and desserts according to SOP.
Handle basic coffee preparation (espresso-based and non-coffee drinks).
Serve customers professionally and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of bar, equipment, and dining area.
Assist with daily opening and closing operations.
Support team during peak hours.
Requirements
Knows basic coffee preparation
or
has strong passion to learn about coffee.
Willing to learn and follow standard procedures.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a team.
Good attitude and basic customer service skills.
No prior experience required.
Training
Training provided (coffee, drinks, workflow, and service standards)
