Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
Taking accurate food and drink orders, and ensuring timely delivery to guests
Providing recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the customer experience
Maintaining a clean and well-stocked dining area, ensuring tables are set and ready for incoming guests
Handling cash and processing payments efficiently and accurately
Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns or issues
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure food is prepared and served to the highest standards
Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Food Server or in a similar customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good numerical skills and the ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
