What We're Looking For:

• - Proven experience as a Service Hall Manager or similar leadership role in a cafxc3xa9 or restaurant.
• - Strong leadership and team management skills.
• - Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• - A customer-first mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• - Knowledge of POS systems, reservations, and front-of-house operations.
• - A proactive, hands-on attitude-someone who leads by example!

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• - Lead and Manage the Service Team - Train, mentor, and inspire staff to provide top-notch service.
• - Oversee Daily Operations - Ensure seamless workflow, from seating to order management and guest interactions.
• - Maintain Service Standards - Uphold high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• - Handle Customer Relations - Address guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• - Coordinate with Kitchen & Baristas - Ensure smooth communication between departments.
• - Monitor Inventory & Supplies - Manage stock levels and liaise with vendors when necessary.
• -Implement SOPs - Establish and maintain structured service procedures for consistency.
• -Optimize Service Flow - Analyze operations and make improvements for better guest experience.
