Manage day-to-day operations and ensure all team members comply with SOPs
Ensure excellent customer service in speed, service, cleanliness and food quality
Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Work closely with management on achieving sales target, managing wastages and cost control measures
Set targets, KPIs and schedules for team members
Organise on the job training for new hires and consistent monitoring of existing team members\xe2\x80\x99 competency
Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
