  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure all team members comply with SOPs
  • Ensure excellent customer service in speed, service, cleanliness and food quality
  • Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
  • Work closely with management on achieving sales target, managing wastages and cost control measures
  • Set targets, KPIs and schedules for team members
  • Organise on the job training for new hires and consistent monitoring of existing team members\xe2\x80\x99 competency
  • Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Job Requirement
  • Diploma/Degree in related discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in same management capacity
  • Passionate about F&B industry and excellent customer service
  • Possess own transportation
  • Fluent in Malay and English.
  • Able to work shifts (including weekend shifts)
