Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the front-of-house (service & bar) team to deliver excellent customer service. Drive
sales performance
through effective upselling, promotion of cafe merchandise, and new product launches. Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally. Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and workflow efficiency on the floor. Work closely with management on marketing and promotion campaigns.Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in cafe, restaurant, or retail service environment (leadership role preferred). Strong
sales-oriented mindset
-- able to upsell confidently and train others to do the same. Excellent communication and people-handling skills. Energetic, positive, and able to motivate the team. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Presentable and professional in appearance.What We Offer
Attractive basic salary +
sales incentive / commission

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
