What skills are required\xe2\x80\xa6

• SPM with an F&B background or 1 year of related experience in the F&B environment
• Good communication skill
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Customer service, food safety, team management, communication, conflict resolution, food preparation, f&b, attention to details & service orientation skills

ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do\xe2\x80\xa6

• Oversee the daily operation of the caf\xc3\xa9
• Help out with the cashier ordering
• Food & beverages preparation and serving
• Stock take, stock ordering, stock management
• Equipment maintenance-related matters
• Menu planning
• Support the management in preparing reports, cost control initiatives, achieve profitability target
• Customer complaint and feedback management.
