Job Description
Supervision of the barista and pantry maid so they will maintain the quality of service and product, and enforce all procedures in the absent of the Cafe Manager. Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Cafe and Assistant Manager in planning and executing all sales promotions effectively.
- Maintain an efficient, friendly service standard at all times.
- Complete daily reports as assigned.
- Maintain the acceptable amount of coffee, baked goods and supplies for the bar.
- Motivating and developing staff.
- Fresh Graduate with Diploma/Degree.
- Without paper qualification but with minimum of 2 years of work experience in F&B is welcome as well.
