Job Description
DUTIES :
Greet and assist customers as they enter the restaurant Process customer orders and handle cash, credit, or debit card transactions Ensure the accuracy of cash transactions and maintain cash register balance Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns Maintain a clean and organized cashier area Assist in handling customer reservations and take-out orders Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation
QUALIFICATIONS :
Previous experience as a cafe supervisor / cashier role preferred Basic math and computer skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service abilities Attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
