Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily cafe operations (front counter, kitchen, and beverage station).
Ensure food and beverages are prepared according to SOP and quality standards.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and training.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cafe.
Monitor inventory, handle daily stock checks, and assist with ordering supplies.
Handle customer feedback and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Support management in daily sales reporting and basic administrative tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B or cafe operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
Able to lead by example and motivate the team.
Willing to work weekends or shifts if required.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
