- Minimum SPM qualification
- Good arithmetic skills
- Good inter-personal skills and service-oriented
- Able to speak and write in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to converse in Mandarin or other dialects will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of computer and simple accounting basic are an added advantage
