Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Prepare breads / pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate. \xc2\xb7 Ensure production of good quality products. \xc2\xb7 Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked products. \xc2\xb7 Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures. \xc2\xb7 Ability to lift heavy items for an extended time \xc2\xb7 Ability to read and follow recipes \xc2\xb7 Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils. \xc2\xb7 Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
