Your Role

As a

Financial Sales Consultant

, you'll connect Malaysians with the right banking solutions to support their financial goals.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing warm leads (no cold calling required) Conducting outbound telesales and cross-selling suitable products Guiding customers to understand product features and advantages Using structured scripts to qualify, advise, and influence clients Ensuring high-quality service that meets company standards Collaborating with team members to achieve targets Seeking guidance from supervisors when needed
