Monday to Friday - 11am to 8pm (Weekend off)Job Responsibility

  • Handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services.
  • Keep abreast of the latest information regarding the company products and services.
  • Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations.
  • Ensure organization's service level are achieved through immediate resolution of product and service inquiry or complaints.
  • SPM Holder or above.
  • Must have at least ONE year of call centre experience is required (Preferably experience in Telco Industry)
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to start work immediately.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Afternoon shift

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
