Job Description
Job Scope
- Answer inbound calls from the customers.
- Cross Selling is a Must (Credit card, insurance, balance transfer and personal loan) \xe2\x80\x93 commission will be given
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions.
- Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer.
- Identify and resolve customer\xe2\x80\x99s problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.
- Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction
- SPM / Diploma / Degree Holders are welcomed
- Relevant job experience
- Able to have reliable transportation to Kuala Lumpur
- Basic salary up to 4500 (based on experience and qualifications)
- Quarterly incentive: 900 - 1800
- Call Centre allowance
- Shift allowance (based on shift pattern)
- Rotational shift
- Performance bonus
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- STM/STPM (Required)
- 2 years of call center experience (Required)
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Required)
- English (Required)
- Day Shift (Required)
- Night Shift (Required)
- Overnight Shift (Required)
