Position: Senior Fundraising & Capital Formation Professional
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Salary: $6,500-$7,000 + commission on all land & real estate sales
Role Overview
We're seeking a capital raiser to fuel growth across high-value real estate projects in Cambodia. You'll connect with a global network of institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs driving them from first contact to final commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Execution: Build and deliver strategies to exceed capital-raising targets.
Investor Pipeline: Source, qualify, and manage relationships with LPs including institutions, pensions, endowments, family offices, and UHNWIs.
Relationship Management: Act as the trusted point of contact, cultivating long-term investor partnerships.
Marketing & Pitching: Develop top-tier investment materials (pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs, models) and deliver persuasive presentations.
Due Diligence & Closing: Lead the process, resolve investor queries, and work with legal/finance teams to secure commitments.
Requirements
5-7+ years in capital raising, investor relations, or business development.
Investment Banking (ECM/DCM/coverage) background strongly preferred.
Proven fundraising track record in private equity, real estate, or alternative investments.
Active investor network across institutions, family offices, and HNWIs.
