About the Role

We are looking for

highly detail-oriented and dependable individuals

to join our

Campaign Operations team

supporting the

Singapore Market

.

In this role, you will be responsible for

generating, validating, and maintaining user lists

used for

Push Notification (PN)

marketing campaigns. You will play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, timely delivery, and smooth campaign execution across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and compile accurate

user lists

according to Push Notification (PN) campaign requirements. Perform thorough

quality checks

to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with campaign criteria. Maintain clear

documentation and reporting logs

for tracking and audit purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution. Follow established

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

and maintain high standards in data handling and confidentiality. Support campaign-related operations and other assigned administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Experience in

administrative, data entry, or reporting roles

, preferably in e-commerce, digital, or tech industries.

Fresh graduates

are welcome to apply. Strong

organizational and multitasking skills

, with the ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately. Exceptional

attention to detail

and sense of accountability. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

or

Google Sheets

(VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables); experience with

PDF tools

is an advantage. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Good critical thinking

and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to

tight deadlines and fast-paced environments

Willing to work overtime (OT)

when required during peak campaign periods. Independent, proactive, and open to learning new tasks. Positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

RM1,700

Attendance Incentive:

RM300

Annual Leave:

1 day per month (prorated)
