Own, plan and manage (end-to-end) platform Campaigns which includes post Campaigns analysis
Analyze on-going campaigns which includes performance tracking and accurate data gathering and translate them into insights & recommendations for required optimizations
Proactively recommend and support the implementation of new Campaigns mechanics and strategies to boost performance and engagement
Work with multiple stakeholders across functions in the organization to program manage campaign planning for cross-category campaigns
\xe2\x80\xa2 Be the expert by understanding key functional and non-functional capabilities or limitations of the system and its individual modules that will drive the merchandising on campaign landing pages from both a business and design perspective\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to understand the end-to-end shopping journey and recommend action plans at each touchpoint to elevate overall customer\xe2\x80\x99s experience
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
Holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management, Consumer behaviour, Marketing or related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in campaign management and/or e-commerce onsite merchandising
Highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive
Passion for e-commerce and understanding consumer journey
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines
Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Organized and structured, ability to identify business needs
