: Lead and manage the preschool campus operations effectively Supervise and support teachers and staff to maintain high education standards Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance at all times Build strong relationships with parents and act as the key liaison Oversee admissions, enrollment, and student records Coordinate curriculum delivery and co-curricular programs Manage budgeting, resources, and campus facilities Promote a nurturing, engaging, and positive environment for children

Requirements : Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education/Management (or equivalent) At least 3 years' experience in preschool/early childhood with leadership role Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Passionate about children's learning and development
