Planning and management of campus recruiting-related processes (budgeting, negotiation, execution, communication)
Build and manage key University\xe2\x80\x99s strategic relationships with Career Offices and Professors
Manage, define and assist in executing the Summer Internship and Graduate program
Working within a team and taking responsibility for executing a high-volume of recruiting events
Advising and supporting internal clients to ensure they achieve their campus recruiting targets
Communicating status and plans with Asia and global campus team counterparts
Preparing logistics and delivering company overview presentations at events
Maintaining and monitoring applications within the applicant tracking systems
To be Cognizant\xe2\x80\x99s Career advisor advocate to students across all disciplines.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of working experience in a professional working environment within the Campus recruitment arena
Fluency in English
Self-motivated team player
Excellent coordination, coaching, attention to detail, and project management skills
Confidence in making/delivering presentations to a large group of audience
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience
