JOB VACANCY: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Location:

Ara Damansara (Project - Canon)

Job Scope:

Handle

inbound calls & emails

from customers Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times

Salary:

RM3,000 - RM3,200

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday:

7.30 AM - 7.00 PM (shift)

Saturday:

8.30 AM - 2.30 PM 6 days per week

Requirements:

Able to communicate in

Mandarin & English

Fresh graduates are welcome

(training provided) Positive attitude, willing to learn & customer-oriented
