Position Overview

We are seeking a

Mandarin Interpreter

to provide real-time, accurate, and confidential interpretation between English and Mandarin speakers. This role supports a wide range of live phone interactions, including:

General customer inquiries Healthcare, insurance & government-related calls Utilities & financial services Travel and transportation Emergency and high-priority situations (e.g., 911 calls)
This is a

remote role

, requiring a professional home environment conducive to uninterrupted communication.

Work Schedule

8 hours per day + 1-hour break 40 hours per week

Night shift

Start times between

8:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Shift rotation every 3 months Two rotating off-days weekly Availability to work on public holidays (24/7 operations)

Compensation & Benefits

RM30 per hour

Candidate Requirements

Proficiency in

English and Mandarin

(verbal and written) Strong listening and communication skills Ability to work rotational night shifts Dedicated, quiet, and secure home workspace Based in

Malaysia

Possess a smartphone (Android 12+ / iOS 15+) or a laptop with the latest OS
