- Able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Fluent in Cantonese.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- Good communication skill.
- Strong curiosity & desire to learn.
- Able relocate work in George Town, Pulau Pinang.
- Customer Support: Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat about products such as cameras, printers, or office equipment.
- Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Managing and resolving customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Documentation: Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, comments, and transactions.
- Annual Leave & Sick Leave

- 5 working days: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5:30pm
