Tanggungjawab
  • Customer Support: Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat about products such as cameras, printers, or office equipment.
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Managing and resolving customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Documentation: Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, comments, and transactions.
