We offer expertise in Medical Interpretation through Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) services, ensuring seamless communication in healthcare sectors.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote Entry Level English-Cantonese Medical Video Remote Interpreter (VRI) role. The Medical Interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate consecutive video remote interpretation services between English and Cantonese in medical settings. The role will involve facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure effective understanding and care.
Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Cantonese
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Relevant certification in Medical Interpretation or related field (preferred)
• HIPAA compliant

Requirements

• Ethernet connection (connected directly to router via cable), no Wi-Fi
• Noise-canceling mic and USB connection headset
• Browser: Latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox
• Have full-time availability from MON-FRI (EST time)
