Provides continuous helpdesk support via telephone, chat and email related to the product.
Employ high level of interpersonal and communication skills while solving customer\xe2\x80\x99s issues.
Conducts basic probing to determine the next action to customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries.
Processes and manages orders or cases via support systems and portals.
Requirements:
Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication skills.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply \xe2\x80\x93 Full Training Provided.
Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
