- Language Proficiency - Must be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (spoken & written).
- Education - Minimum SPM; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills - Strong ability to provide professional customer support.
- Technical Skills - Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Work Location - George Town, Penang.
- Work Schedule - Rotational shifts (5 working days per week) between 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM (Mon-Sun).
- Customer Support - Deliver professional assistance, addressing inquiries with accurate information and guidance.
- Service Excellence - Manage incoming customer inquiries through telephone or other channels, ensuring efficient and high-quality service that surpasses expectations.
- Communication Skills - Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, with strong questioning and listening abilities, effectively engaging with a diverse customer base.
- Statutory Contributions - EPF & SOCSO included.
- Paid Time Off - Annual leave provided.
- Comprehensive Training - Full training for skill development.
- Language Allowance - Additional compensation for language skills.
- Stable Work Schedule - 5 working days per week.
