Job Details: Position : CAPEX Procurement Executive Company Industry : Manufacturing Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730) Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY WHO CAN APPLY CAPEX Procurement Executive Bachelor\'s / Diploma degree from any background. Individual performer, self-driven and having strong learner mindset. Having at least 3 or 4 years of experience in procurement/supply chain (sourcing, material expediting, tender preparing etc..) Experience in project procurement background would be an advantage. Proficient in using Microsoft outlook, word, excel. MSNAV ERP system would be an advantage Able to travel to within Malaysia, when required KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Keeping compliance to HSSE standard, Goal Zero, Integrity, Ethics and Compliance requirements. Implement all CAPEX procurement initiatives for various project stages i.e., FEED, Detail Design, Procurement and Construction phases to ensure integration across the multi-disciplinary teams. Implement the expediting of critical and long lead items for the CAPEX projects across the operations. Support the coordination of input for the Overall Contract Strategy and preparation for engagement and follow-ups with stakeholders Internal and External. Collaborate with the wider team (maintenance and operation) in achieving common goals and targets. Responsible to ensure all related lesson learn and best practices are applied. Familiar with Materials Management within CAPEX Project environment.
