Job Description

Our client is a well-established B2B manufacturing company with huge footprint across the market, with their products well embedded into our daily life.With the recent increase in demand locally/overseas, they are currently looking for a CAPEX Regional Procurement Manager to join in their team.As the CAPEX Regional Procurement Manager, you will need to have strong regional capex management experience. Among the many responsibilities some are listed below:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess industry trends.
• Lead negotiations for contracts related to capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage procurement budgets for capital projects.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.

Work in a top tier company in the industry|Be in a position to drive growth, change management & continuous improvement

• Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on capital expenditures.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
