Parking System Support:
- Monitor the cashless payment system to ensure it operates without interruption.
- Provide guidance on troubleshooting any basic technical issues customers may encounter while using the cashless system.
Area Monitoring and Safety:
- Ensure the parking areas are safe, clean, and well-organized by conducting regular patrols and reporting any issues.
- Monitor car park equipment and report malfunctions or damage to the Car Park Manager for prompt maintenance.
Traffic Management:
- Facilitate smooth traffic flow within the parking areas, particularly during peak hours or special events.
- Guide drivers when necessary to avoid congestion or illegal parking.
Incident Reporting:
- Document and report any incidents, including security issues, equipment malfunctions, or customer complaints, to the Car Park Manager.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies within the parking area and coordinate with security personnel if required.
System Knowledge and Compliance:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the cashless parking system and any updates to procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, parking regulations, and safety standards.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with parking-related queries and directing them to available spaces if needed.
- Help customers understand and use the cashless parking system, including mobile app payments, QR codes, or credit/debit card systems and season pass.
Code of Conduct
- To comply the dress code and ensure company procedures are adhered to.
- Maintain punctuality and comply with work schedules.
Prohibit unauthorized individuals, including friends and family, from accessing the car park office.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
