At the heart of this urban transformation is The Exchange TRX, a city defining development designed to create the ultimate experiential environment, from retail to dining, entertainment and world class hotels.

The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia\xe2\x80\x99s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park.

We are looking for build our mall team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role:

Car Park Manager (The Exchange TRX)

The Car Park Manager responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a car park facility. This role involves ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the car park, providing excellent customer service, and maximizing revenue generation while maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons. Your duties include but not limited to the following :

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the car park facility, including opening and closing procedures, and traffic managements.

Monitor and enforce compliance with parking regulations and policies.

Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and free from hazards.

Implement efficient parking systems and technologies to optimize space utilization and enhance customer experience.

Provide exceptional customer service to all car park users, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Recruit, train, and supervise car park team.

Ensure accurate collection and recording of parking fees and manage cash handling procedures.

Enforce security protocols and monitor the car park facility to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and security personnel to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

At least 5-7 years of experience as a Car Park Manager and managing a team.

Previous experience in car park management or a similar role is highly desirable.

Diploma level qualification preferred.

Proficiency in using parking management systems and related software.

Knowledge of parking regulations and relevant laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaya (written and spoken).

Computer literate.

Knowledge of local laws and regulations on safety and security related.
