Ensure that all the equipment are functioning efficiently
Monitoring daily activities at the car park including traffic and crowd movements
Maintains various record-keeping manuals/logs relative to the operational aspects of the Car Park.
Follow the Car Park operating procedures and manuals.
Prepares and submits reports to include incident and accident reports, maintenance defaults, customer complaints, and special requests from the Executives and above.
Promotes and creates a Customer Service Environment.
Check technical conditions of barriers, intercoms and automatic payment machines, and coordinate any request with the Executives and above.
Ensure each car park and level is attended to, clean and well-operational.
Participate in the daily collection procedures and reports to be submitted to the Finance department.
Print reports from the central parking management system and co-ordinate with Executives and above.
