Technical

To ensure all the parking equipment in working condition at all time and well maintain. Daily checking on all the M&E in car park and common area was up and running. Perform Minor and Major Maintenance to all the parking equipment at i-City as per scheduled. Assist to manage and maintain the IP intercom system, 3rd party purchased, not belong to Amano System. Self-modification work is required to be installed at Amano Machine. Report any defect spotted in the car park or common area, to Technical Executive. To assist operations team to manage traffic control when needed, during peak hour (Refer to Non- Technical roles)

Non-Technical

Collect and calculate parking tickets from the entire exit parking equipment. Manage Parking and traffic control in the assigned area. Maintain safety and cleanliness, ensure parking facilities and lighting are in working order. Assist and guide visitors to locate parking, payment, entry/exit when necessary. Perform rounding in the assigned area at least once every hour. Check and take action for illegal parking or activity. Act upon customer queries /complaints in a prompt and friendly manner. To perform any works order given by the Car Park Manager.

Requirements

For technical roles:

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Certificate/ Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering/ or equivalent course

For non- technical roles:

SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree students from all disciplines Applicants must be willing to work in i-City No experience required, on job training provided. Prior experience in car park operations would be an added advantage. Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends, public holiday and overtime Willingness to work on shift rotation (8am-5pm , 3pm-12am) Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Positive working attitude, hardworking and responsible Have own transport (motor)
