Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and bookings. Process rental agreements, payments, and insurance add-ons. Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain rental terms. Inspect vehicles before and after rental (fuel, mileage, damages). Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure vehicle readiness. Manage returns, extensions, and cancellations. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally. Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
