Job Description
- Position: Car Rental Station Supervisor.
- Salary: RM 2500-3000(Basic), Allowances & Incentives.
- Work location: Based at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Currently they are seeking to recruit an experienced Car Rental Station Supervisor to be responsible to manage and organize the daily operations at their Branch business unit at Kota Kinabalu in Sabah.
Responsibilities
This position is to manage and organize the daily operation in carry out daily duties such as delivery to or collection from clients, vehicle exchange for service/Puspakom inspection and attend to break down.
- Provide front line customer service, perform checking in and out of vehicles.
- Perform logistic delivery and collection of the company\'s vehicles including attending to breakdowns and providing replacement vehicles to customers.
- Perform chauffeur services using the company\'s vehicles to customers.
- Attend to customer inquiries of the company\'s products and services and handle all reservations from customers and documentation.
- Ensure that all the company\'s vehicles are clean and maintained in good conditions.
- Malaysian,male or female.
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Possess a valid driving license Class D.
- At least two years of working experience in relevant customer service field, ideally in car rental or vehicle leasing services industry.
- Must be able to communicate with fluent English, BM and Mandarin.
- Computer literate.
- Applicants must be willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
