• Senior Mechanic: Min Diploma in Automotive Technology/ SKM Level 3 and / or min 3 years working experience
• Junior Mechanic: Certificate in Automotive Technology or any other related certification. Secondary school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal automotive training program preferred.
• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and repair techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.

• Perform thorough diagnostic assessments to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Repair and maintain various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical components.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Follow manufacturer\'s guidelines and service schedules to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Identify and source the necessary replacement parts for repairs.
• Ensure the correct installation of parts and components, adhering to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on completed repairs to ensure the safety and reliability of vehicles.
• Test vehicles to verify that issues have been resolved effectively and all systems are functioning correctly.
• Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle\'s issues, repairs, and estimated timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Generate repair estimates and invoices for customer approval and billing purposes.
• Adhere to safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

• Salary range for Senior Mechanic: RM3000 - RM4000
• Salary range for Junior Mechanic RM 2500 to RM2800
