Responsibilities:Provide support to internal and external customer related to all ATM cards e.g. CSS ATM Card, Master Card... etc.
Assist Line Manager in managing card operation in Digital Banking and Alternative Channel department
Develop the flow of the operations policy or SOP for Card Operation
Monitor all card issuing and personalization and embossing file with vendor and including with proper distribute all cards to branches.
Manage card delivery, implementation, clearing & settlement reports including Authorization.
Assist to monitor the updated rules & regulations to comply with CSS and MasterCard, other card scheme
Keep track with all Fraud/ Risk which happen to customer.
Support the Marketing Team and Head of Branch Network for the card products and services for customers.
Monitor and support any issues for customer including internal staff related to ATM card such as CSS ATM Card, Master Card.... Etc.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve any complaints including transaction disputes, card issue,
Prepare the dispute forms and have the knowledge of VROL, MARCOM or related card scheme dispute systems
Prepare LAT, QMR, GOC to card scheme
Track the card scheme invoices and payments
Manage and monitor the Card stock
Produce the daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Line Manager & management
Work with other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Requirements:Degree in Finance /Banking/Economics or related fields and Preferably having good knowledge of core banking system and Master card
Minimum 2-year experience in ATM Card, International Scheme Card, Fraud, Dispute, Settlement and Reconciliation management.
Hands on experience with card handling, online payments and Master Card knowledge is preferred.
Good knowledge in Card Management including International Scheme Card, E Commerce of developing and delivering digital and mobile propositions to meet specific customer needs
Understand the technology and operations implications of proposition delivery
Be able to work with the 3rd party platform and data providers
Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good Leadership and motivation skills.
Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skill
Conscious of details and accuracy
English is proficiency
