Career Horizons is working in close partnership with a renowned private equity business with a strong proven track record with their fund performance in Asia. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for an Assistant Manager to support that growth.



The new role

Working closely with the Chief Investment Officer, your key responsibilities include analysis of business valuations , cashflow forecast and supporting the decision making process. You will also be responsible for managing banking facilities and the financial instruments of the group. As part of your role, you will also be overseeing the accounting records and the statutory audit and tax for the investment companies. You will also work with other departments to liaise with regulators, maintain and cover regulatory capital returns. You will support any ad hoc finance/treasury/corporate finance matters as well.



Requirements to succeed

The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Accounting, with a minimum of 3-5 years’ accounting and financial related work in the corporate sector. Exposure to investments and deals with private equity firms is a strong advantage. You should be dynamic, adaptable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaborate well with your stakeholders.
