JOB SCOPES

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, calling for assistance from health care support personnel. Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, diapers changing and eating. Make sure the residents take the medication on time. Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies. Document patient medical progress and treatment; record notes to update medical conditions. Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the patient in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair. Transporting or escorting the patient to medical and other appointments. Provide first aid if the patient requires. Help in maintaining the overall hygiene of the center, such as sweeping and mopping when needed. You will be required to take private home care cases if the company needs you to do so.
