Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Careline cum Admin Assistant to support daily operations at our Samsung Authorized Service Center in The Gardens Mall. This dual-role involves managing phone/online customer support and handling general administrative tasks. Ideal for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Careline Support

- Attend to incoming calls and customer inquiries

- Provide accurate information on services, warranty, repair processes, and appointments

- Assist with basic troubleshooting or escalate to relevant departments

2. Administrative & Customer Support

- Update and maintain service records and documents

- Coordinate with technicians and other departments

- Monitor spare part movement and inventory (if required)

- Attend to walk-in customers and provide service updates

- Maintain professionalism in all communications

3. Reporting

- Prepare daily reports and assist with internal coordination

Requirements

- Minimum SPM qualification

- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Working Schedule

- 6 days/week

- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

- Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
