Job Description

1. Installation, troubleshoot & inspection of parking equipment and facilities. 2. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during operation. 3. Performs scheduled maintenance of all equipment and facilities at all sites 4. Identify and procurement of maintenance supplies/parts. 5. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of equipment. 6. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. 7. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. 8. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. 9. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. 10. Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant technical reports. 11. Incumbent also will be expose and maybe assign to operations supervisory level. 12. To perform any duties as instructed by the Company, Board of Directors or your immediate superior.
