Requirements

• Ability to speak and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia fluently
• Minimum 2 years of proven related experience or similar role (proven with evidence)
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Able to lead other workers
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures
• Problem-solving and time management
• SPM level or equivalent preferred
• Skills Required: Carpentry, Woodworking, Blueprint Reading, Construction and Installation

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements
• Measure, cut, shape and assemble wood, drywall, and other materials
• Construct frameworks, cabinets, doors, and furniture
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, shelves, built-in fittings
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with other construction professionals
• Deliver and ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications and standards
• Communicate and liaise with issues that occur with superior
• Preferable to have Good Delivery License (GDL) for delivery purpose and able to work outstation
