Salary: RM3,500-5,000 salary + Quarterly group incentive

About the Role



We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Case Manager to join our client growing team at their Kuala Lumpur City Centre location. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing the care and support provided to our patients, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their healthcare journey. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing



Assessing patient needs and developing personalized care plans to address their unique requirements Coordinating with doctors, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care. Shadowing doctors during consultations to support patient understanding and care continuity Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans to optimize outcomes Acting as a liaison between patients, families, and the clinic to enhance the overall patient experience Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support care coordination Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to identify and resolve any barriers to patient wellbeing Providing emotional support, education, and guidance to patients and families throughout their journey Utilizing strong sales skills to promote clinic services and treatment plans, ensuring patients are well-informed and confident in their choices - Generate sales in collaboration with the medical team

What We're Looking For



Minimum 1 year of experience as a Case Manager or in a similar healthcare coordination role Strong understanding of healthcare systems, policies, and patient care processes Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to advocate for patient rights and deliver high-quality care Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-focused approach Relevant healthcare-related qualifications (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, or related field) Sales skill is required, with the ability to confidently recommend and explain treatment options to patients
