DescriptionJob scopeParticipate as an active member of the client service team by conducing qualitative research on different topics, including data gathering, insight synthesis and communication to supervisor. Diverse qualitative analyses include building reports on industry case studies/best practices / key trends through secondary research and leading industry participant interviewsSupporting on quantitative financial analyses (e.g., high level peer benchmarking) to inform strategic recommendationsCollaborate with consultants to develop problem-solving frameworks, brainstorm potential solutions, and refine approaches to address client challengesProduce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraintWork collaboratively with team members to ensure backup coverageTake on other ad hoc responsibilities that may be assigned from time to timeJob requirements
