We\xe2\x80\x99re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 - C09 - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 - C09) based in Penang, Malaysia. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99re expected to:

• Candidate is responsible for day to day processing of Import Bills and Collections operations in trade transactional processing for Commonwealth Bank of Australia White Label Program in TRIMS Processing & Imaging - White Label.
• Deliver services as per agreed service standards and turnaround time to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines governing trade operations.
• Conversant with and able to apply UCP600 and ISBP. Highlight irregularities and red flag items for approval/resolution.
• Understand the process flow for products that incorporated in the standard operating procedures.
• Perform and participate in UAT/regression testing, etc as per the requirements
• Able to identify opportunities for improvement/enhancement to develop LEAN process
• Candidate is preferred to have 2-3 years of work experience in international trade operations, good communication and interpersonal skills, - Fast learner, ability to adapt constant change, able to work independently and a dynamic team player who is able to work in a highly challenging work environment.
• Candidate is preferred to have knowledge in application of exchange rate/accounting entries/funds transfer payment.

As a successful candidate, you\xe2\x80\x99d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Fundamental comprehension of financial industry regulations
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Effective communication and analytical skills
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/University degree or equivalent experience
