What You'll Do:

Process daily customer payments accurately and match them with invoices in the system. Check bank transactions and keep records up-to-date. Reconcile payments with bank statements and sort out any differences quickly. Work closely with teams to resolve unmatched or unclear payments. Handle account adjustments like corrections, write-offs, and refunds with approval. Drive solutions for any payment issues and ensure fast resolution. Track key performance indicators to improve cash application efficiency. Keep detailed records of customer communication and transactions. Prepare daily and monthly reports on payments and reconciliations. Support process improvements and participate in system testing. Assist during month-end closing and audits. Build strong relationships across teams to boost customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or finance operations (fresh graduates welcome!). Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar. Knowledge of AR and billing processes. Comfortable with Excel and ERP systems (Oracle experience is a plus). Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Positive, proactive team player who enjoys finding solutions.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
