Your role in Travelex



Join Travelex - A global foreign currency exchange leader powering more than 20?countries. As a Cash Distribution Specialist, you'll manage the end-to-end physical currency lifecycle-from secure storage to precise dispatch. This hands-on role demands meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced, regulated and discipline environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Execute end-to-end currency handling:

Pick, pack, dispatch foreign/ local currency orders with military precision.

Ensure daily reconciliation:

Balance physical cash against digital records with zero tolerance for discrepancies.

Uphold compliance:

Adhere strictly to AML regulations and Travelex's security protocols in all transaction and cash handling.

Manage stakeholder communications:

Liaise professional with stakeholders, not limit to corporate clients, banking partners, internal teams and etc.

Take ownership:

Resolve operational discrepancies independently, perform continuous process improvement and escalate appropriately.

Reporting:

Ensure all daily reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner

What We're Looking For:



Must-Have Qualifications:



Unimpeachable integrity in cash handling environments.

Exceptional accuracy with proven ability to manage high volume cash transactions.

Corporate-level communication skills for stakeholder management.

Ownership mindset with demonstrated accountability in operational roles.

Good-to Have:



Intermediate Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

Experience in financial services, currency exchange or warehouse operations.

Knowledge of foreign exchange operations.

Process improvement mindset with documented efficiency enhancements.
