Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Collects payments by accepting cash from customers; making change for cash customers \xc2\xb7 Verifies credit acceptance by operating credit card authorization system \xc2\xb7 Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift \xc2\xb7 Provides pricing information by answering questions. \xc2\xb7 Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures \xc2\xb7 Scans goods and collects payments \xc2\xb7 Issues receipts \xc2\xb7 Resolves customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information \xc2\xb7 Greets customers when entering or leaving establishments \xc2\xb7 Maintains clean and tidy checkout areas \xc2\xb7 Keeps reports of transactions \xc2\xb7 Bags, boxes or wraps packages \xc2\xb7 Pleasantly deals with customers to ensure satisfaction \xc2\xb7 Assists in stocking shelves, rotating merchandise items and marking prices (when available to help) Job Requirement: - SPM/STPM - Friendly and detail oriented - Able to work in team - Alert and specific with figures Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From RM1,800.00 per month Benefits:
